Thermal material laminates for insulation
FR4 is a thermosetting laminate impregnated with self-extinguishing epoxy resins. It boasts a high electrical and mechanical resistance and can be used at up to 140 – 150°C also for prolonged periods. Our facility manufactures them in natural green, yellow UV Blocking or coloured (black, blue, white or red) versions. Possibility of also manufacturing pipes, round bars or threaded bars.
Halogen free: suitable when looking for self-extinguishing products without brominated agents.
EP – HT Fr4: Thermosetting laminate impregnated with epoxy resin. High electrical and mechanical resistance. Can be used at up to 220°C also for prolonged periods, with peaks of up to 250°C.
Anti-static: used when electrostatic current dissipation is needed. Available in the various versions either completely anti-static or anti-static on one of the two sides.
Composition
Fibre cloth and polymerised brominated epoxy resin laminate, with or without external copper.

Applications
Suitable for countless electrical insulation solutions in equipment for industrial transformers, electromechanics and mechanics, if high dielectric strength is required.
